To enhance employees’ knowledge of foreign trade operations and practical skills, and to help new employees become familiar with the business more quickly, Wealthy Legion conducted the “Eaglets” Specialized Training on August 11, 2026. The training invited Esain Tan from the CRUKING to serve as the instructor, who delivered a professional training session focused on practical issues in foreign trade operations.
The training was titled “Learning About Forklifts and Their Export Through Orders” and primarily covered forklift product knowledge and export operations. Drawing on real order cases and grounded in practical business scenarios, the session provided a detailed explanation of the main product features of forklifts, export procedures, key business considerations, and practical operational methods. Through case studies, employees gained a more intuitive understanding of forklift products and export operations, as well as a clearer grasp of the connections between different stages of the process.
Compared to purely theoretical learning, this training placed greater emphasis on practical business operations. The instructor analyzed potential issues that might arise in the workplace using specific orders as examples and shared relevant solutions and business insights. Through these real-world cases, participants gained a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of forklift products and export procedures, while also broadening their knowledge of foreign trade operations.
Throughout the training, participants listened attentively, engaged actively, and reflected on and discussed the material in relation to their daily work. Through this training, employees gained a more comprehensive understanding of forklift products and their export operations, while also further enhancing their ability to handle actual business transactions.
This “Young Eagles” specialized training provided employees with opportunities for learning and exchange, helping to refine the team’s business knowledge base. In the future, the Wealthy Legion will continue to conduct various types of business training. By aligning these programs with employees’ actual work needs, the company will strengthen training in product knowledge and foreign trade capabilities, helping employees continuously improve their professional skills and support the company’s business development.
