To strengthen business foundations and support the growth of new team members, the 2026 RICH LEGION “Young Eagle Training Camp” officially launched its “Foreign Trade Speaker” training series on May 12. The session was delivered by RICH LEGION’s Lylia Li and focused on the topic “Emission Standards Requirements for Construction Machinery in Different Countries.” The training was specially designed for new foreign trade team members. The program adopted a hybrid format combining offline training sessions with online participation. Trainees from the Shanghai Center and Gubei Fortune Center attended simultaneously in the Atlantic Hall and Africa Hall, while an online DingTalk meeting channel was also opened for colleagues interested in joining remotely. Drawing from real business scenarios, the speaker systematically explained international emission standard policies, compliance requirements, and practical case studies, helping participants build a solid framework of professional knowledge related to global construction machinery exports. The learning atmosphere throughout the session was highly engaging. Participants listened attentively, carefully recorded key points, and actively discussed questions related to real business situations, demonstrating the proactive and positive learning spirit of the EONMAC team. The training not only helped new employees strengthen their professional knowledge, but also created an effective platform for experience sharing and business communication. The launch of the “Young Eagle Training Camp” represents an important step in building a highly professional international trade team. Moving forward, RICH LEGION will continue to organize systematic training programs to support employee growth and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of the group’s global business operations.
